The heads of FIBA ​​and UEFA met in Nyon with an agenda of common challenges concerning the two most important sports

At the headquarters of the Union of European Football Associations in Nyon, the meeting between leaders of UEFA and FIBA took place.

It was a regular meeting within the framework of the Memorandum of Cooperation between the two sides at a time when both Federations are facing a series of issues and challenges.

The latest developments in the level of relations between clubs and federations in football and basketball were on the agenda of the discussions.

FIBA Secretary General Andreas Zaglis and FIBA ​​President Hamane Niang spoke to UEFA President Aleksander Ceferin and, among other things, handed him the FIBA ​​encyclopedia, which was recently published and includes statistics of all players, referees, coaches, teams that have taken part in European club competitions.
