Spain won its fourth FIBA U18 European Championship after beating Turkey in the Final but Hidayet Turkoglu, the President of Turkish Basketball Federation, doesn’t think it was a fair outcome at all.
Turkoglu called out FIBA on his Twitter account for ‘stealing his team’s gold medal’: “It’s a shame FIBA, really shame, your referees stole my team’s gold medal, it’s unforgivable, it is embarrassing with these officiating.”
