Even in the last moment the injury woes for the French national team are keep mounting up. Indiana’s Ian Mahinmi was forced to leave the roster as he was hurt on Thursday’s practice on the left shoulder. Kim Tillie will replace him and Mahimni was clear about his feelings, speaking on Friday at Spain.
“It’s not easy to swallow it just before the start of the tournament”, he said, “I wanted to help the team, specially after so many players being injured. I didn’t have a good night, but this things happen in sports”.
