Joffrey Lauvergne was the hero of the close French win over Serbia, however the last call that decided the outcome is disputed by the Serbs and here’s what he had to say after the game: “It can be a foul, but I am not sure at this moment of the game. That’s my point of view. I don’t want to lie. It can be a foul at the first quarter, or the second, but at the end of the game like this it’s a little bit tough… I don’t know… I don’t know what to say”.

According to many Serbian reports, Lauvergne, who is beloved by the Serbian fans of Partizan as a former member of the team, admitted that there wasn’t any foul on him, however his exact quote after the game is quite different.
