Spanish national team head coach Sergio Scariolo announced the list of 16 players that will compile the roster for the last two games of the first stage of the World Cup Qualifiers.
Denver Nuggets forward Juancho Hernangomez is the sole NBAer in the roster while Unicaja Malaga guard Alberto Diaz, Valencia swingman Alberto Abalde, and Real Madrid forward Santiago Yusta are the only players in the list who competed in the 2017-2018 EuroLeague.
Spain is currently 4-0 in Group A. The “Rojas” face Slovenia in Ljubljana on June 28 and Montenegro in Malaga, on July 2.
