As reported by Novosti, Nikola Jokic won’t be joining the Serbian National Team ahead of the September World Cup Qualifiers, though Bogdan Bogdanovic and Nemanja Bjelica are cleared to play.

The team’s assistant coach, Jovica Antonic, stated the following in regards to the Denver Nuggets star: “We cannot count on Nikola Jokic to join us for the qualifiers. However, Bogdanovic and Bjelica will be available for both games”.

Boban Marjanovic and Milos Teodosic, who were also named in Serbia’s preliminary squad, are doubtful to join the team for the games against Greece and Estonia.
