Montenegro got the best out for Greece for more than 20 minutes before a reaction by Giorgos Printezis and co.

The Greek national team began the preparation games ahead of Round 2 of the World Cup Qualifiers with an 87 – 67 victory over Montenegro in France.

Giorgos Printezis had 18 points and Dinos Mitoglou 14 points plus seven rebounds for Greece that outplayed its opponents 27 – 10 in the third period to get the win. They got help from Ioannis Bourousis (11 points) and Kostas Papanikolaou (10 points, five rebounds).

From Montenegro, Nikola Ivanovic stood out with 19 points. Petar Popovic scored 11 and Philip Barovic 10.
