France announces 12-man roster for September’s World Cup Qualifiers

Some new additions for Frane ahead of the first two games of Round 2 of the World Cup Qualifiers.

Following the preparation wins against Montenegro and Greece, the French national team announced the 12 players for the roster of the two matches vs. Bulgaria (September 13) and Finland (September 16) for Round 2 of the World Cup Qualifiers.

CSKA Moscow guard Nando De Colo, Baskonia center Vincent Poirier, and Andorra guard Andrew Albicy (fresh out of winning the Catalan League with a win over Barcelona) will join the team while Dijon guard Axel Julien, Nanterre guard Lahaou Konate and Limoges center Mam Jaiteh are the three players that were cut by France head coach Vincent Collet.
