Russia prevailed over Finland in the last and final game of the qualifiers windows with a 91-76 victory and secured its ticket to the big stage in China.
Dmitry Kulagin paced the winners with 22 points, four rebounds, and four assists in 28 minutes on the floor.
Russia joined Spain, Turkey, Lithuania, Italy, Poland, France, Czech Republic, Greece, and Germany, that have already qualified from previous European qualifiers games.
