Lithuania will further preparations for the 2019 FIBA World Cup with 15 players.

Following the 80-60 win over Finland in Lithuania second friendly game prior to the 2019 FIBA World Cup, head coach Dainius Adomaitis announced that Adas Juskevicius, Gytis Maciulis and Martynas Echodas will no longer be part of the preparations, per the game report of the Lithuanian Basketball Federation, LKF.

Elimantas Bendzius, Arnas Butkevicius, Martynas Geben, Rokas Giedraitis, Marius Grigonis, Zygimantas Janavicius, Paulius Jankunas, Mantas Kalnietis, Mindaugas Kuzminskas, Lukas Lekavicius, Jonas Maciulis, Domantas Sabonis, Renaldas Seibutis, Edgaras Ulanovas and Jonas Valanciunas are the 15 players left in the squad.

Lithuania is a part of Group H of the World Cup. At Dongguan, China, the Lithuanian national team will face Senegal, Canada and Australia aiming to advance to the second round by securing first or second place.
