Australia narrowed down its 2019 FIBA World Cup roster to the final 12 players.

Andrej Lemanis set his 12-man roster for the 2019 FIBA World Cup, the Australian Basketball Federation announced on Wednesday. Jonah Bolden and Xavier Cooks that made the final cut for the first time and ten more players will represent Australia at China.

The final squad will further preparations for the World Cup by battling Canada on August 16th and August 17th at Perth. Two games versus USA at Melbourne on August 22nd and August 24th will round up the series of friendly games prior to first round matches at Dongguan.

The Boomers will test their strength for good in Group H. They will go against Canada on September 1st and move on facing Senegal on September 3rd and Lithuania on September 5th. First or second place will land a spot in the second round, third or fourth in the classification games.
