Poland was too much for Jordan.

Poland defeated Jordan 92 – 51 in the team’s first preparation game ahead of its return to the World Cup for the first time since 1967. The match was a part of the “Ceski Basketball Tournament”.

Damian Kulig scored 14 points in 12:34 minutes and Krysztof Sulima dropped 12 points for the Polish team. Coach Mike Taylor used 13 players in the game and got points from all of them.

For Jordan, Dar Tucker finished with 17 points and eight rebounds while Jordan Dasaqui scored 10.

In the game that opened the tournament, the Czech Republic beat Tunisia.
