PJ Tucker is withdrawing from USA Basketball ahead of the 2019 FIBA World Cup in China because of an ankle injury, according to Shams Charania.
The 34-year-old forward will shift his focus on getting ready for the Houston Rockets‘ training camp.
Tucker played – and as a starter – all 93 games (including playoffs) with the Rockets in the 2018-19 NBA campaign. He averaged 7.3 points along with 5.8 rebounds during the regular season and 11.3 points and 7.5 rebounds in the playoffs
