Dramatic friendly win and final World Cup squad for Lithuania.

Lithuania defeated the Czech Republic, 82-79, in an exciting preparation game full of runs from both sides. Both national teams were undefeated in the Seoul Tournament up to Tuesday, but only the winning side of the final match fit in first place. Following the contest, Dainius Adomaitis named his 12-man roster for the 2019 FIBA World Cup.

Arnas Butkevicius, Rokas Giedraitis, Marius Grigonis, Paulius Jankunas, Mantas Kalnietis, Mindaugas Kuzminskas, Lukas Lekavicius, Jonas Maciulis, Domantas Sabonis, Renaldas Seibutis, Edgaras Ulanovas and Jonas Valanciunas made the final squad. Martinas Geben and Zygimantas Janavicius did not play versus the Czech Republic before getting cut.

As for the last prep game before China, Kalnietis went for 12 points including the winning bucket, Kuzminskas and Sabonis added 11 points apiece. Jaromir Bohacik notched a game-high 16 points for the Czechs, Tomas Satoransky and Martin Peterka scored 13 points each.

Earlier, South Korea blew the game open in the third quarter to defeat Angola, 91-76, and avoid last place in the tournament. All four participating national teams will move on to China for the World Cup set to tip off on Saturday.
