Rudy Fernandez suffered a sprained left ankle near the end of Spain’s win against Iran with which they secured the first spot in Group C.
The Spanish Basketball Federation released an official update: “Rudy Fernandez suffered a slight twist in the left ankle which is pending evolution in the next few hours. The Spanish Basketball Federation hopes to have the captain for the match against Italy”
