Spain and Italy will clash each other in the FIBA World Cup Second Round as a part of Group J and Spain’s coach Sergio Scariolo might not be able to count on two of his players, Rudy Fernandez and Sergio Llull: “At this time I cannot assure you that Rudy or Sergi will play”, coach said, per Marca.
Fernandez suffered an ankle sprain while Llull has problems with his right wrist: “It is a sprain in the ligament of the right wrist, his shooting hand. It is more a painful thing than serious, but it prevents movement. We are talking about a game that is played in 24 hours”, Scariolo explained.
