After the announcement of Obradovic and Fenerbahce‘s punishment for the incidents in the game against Milano, Euroleague also announced that the protest of Fenerbahce/ Ulker about that game is officially rejected by the competition’s disciplinary judge.

Fener could have appealed the result of the game just after the end of it, because of a refereeing mistake. Αfter a technical foul, two free throws were awarded to Milan. However this season the rule has changed, according to the new FIBA rules which will be used in global basketball – with the usual exception of the NBA – from coming October. One free throw should have been awarded, however as the tempers were high no one from Fener did appeal the result before signing the official score sheet.
