The deal between Joey Dorsey and the Houston Rockets became official today and the side story of it is the “war” between Octagon, which represents the player, and Beobasket. Via twitter Octagon Europe director Giorgos Dimitropoulos attacked Misko Raznatovic by stating that Beobasket tried to recruit Dorsey using the interest of Anadolu Efes for the player. Raznatovic answered also via twitter with naming Dorsey a “toy”. It’s not unusual for agents, specially in Europe, to have conflicting interests and using questionable practices, however this is the first time that such an incident gets out in the open…
