The more Giannis Antetokounmpo improves, the tougher competition he receives from the teams that the Milwaukee Bucks play against. It’s natural of course and he understands that completely.
After all… he’s not “that kid from Sepolia” anymore. He’s been an NBA All-Star and, this season, a legit MVP contender. And now, opponents want to… “eat” him alive on the floor.
“I’ve realized that. This season I haven’t played a game where they don’t double-team me,” Giannis told Eurohoops. “If you look at the stats, I always have two, three players on me all the time. I’m not “little Giannis’ anymore who came here to ‘have fun’. Right now I’m dangerous. Teams realize this. And they try to play harder against me.”
