Promitheas advanced to the Greek Cup final for the first time in the club’s history.

Loukas Mavrokefalidis dropped a 26-point performance, along with 7 rebounds and 2 assists as Promitheas edged Peristeri 67-61 to advance to the Greek Cup final for the first time in the club’s history.

Apart from Mavrokefalidis, Dimitris Katsivelis and Dimitris Agravanis exited the court in double digits, adding 13 and 11 points each to lead Promitheas into this historic achievement.

Peristeri’s Yanick Moreira posted a team-high of 14 points and five rebounds.

Promitheas will face AEK in the final, as the latter defeated Diagoras Dryopideon 89-71, paced by a 21-point performance by Jonas Maciulis.
