Panathinaikos’ rising number of COVID-19 cases caused the match vs. PAOK to be postponed.

Panathinaikos Athens’ away game (7/2) against PAOK Thessaloniki is suspended after the Greens registered multiple positive COVID-19 tests the Greek League announced.

After the EuroLeague win over archrival Olympiacos, three members of Panathinaikos tested positive for coronavirus. A staff member of Panathinaikos also tested positive for COVDI-19 in the previous week.

The coronavirus tests of Olympiacos‘ players and staff returned negative.

Panathinaikos is scheduled to play vs. Peristeri in the Greek Cup quarterfinals Wednesday (10/2).
