TJ Bray scored 25 points on 8-14 3-pointers in his debut with Panathinaikos as his team defeated Aris Thessaloniki 94 – 72 in Round 15 of the Greek League. While the Greens improved their record to 11-2, they also saw captain Ioannis Papapetrou exiting the game in the second quarter with an ankle sprain.

Panathinaikos had a 43 – 34 lead at halftime and then Bray scored multiple 3-pointers in the third quarter to help his team increased its advantage even further. Ben Bentil added 13 points and Shelvin Mack 12 for Oded Kattash’s team while newcomer Mario Hezonja watched from the sidelines.

Giannis Kouzeloglou stood out from Aris with 16 points and eight rebounds. Mario Little had 14 points.

Several games were postponed this week in Greece either for coronavirus-related reasons (Promitheas – AEK) or force majeure (Lavrio – Kolossos). In Messsolonghi, James Woodard scored 20 points on 6- 7 triples as Peristeri came back from down 18 to beat the local team and accomplish the biggest turnaround of the season in the league.
