Olympiacos keeps the chase after the top-seeded Panathinaikos with a convincing win over Peristeri

Olympiacos got the job done against Peristeri in the Greek League with a 104-85 win. The Reds were up by 22 points (62-40) already by halftime and just kept things under control until the end.

This was the night straight victory for Olympiacos in the domestic championship and the team has now improved to a 15-1 record, behind Panathinaikos which sits at the top with 16-1. Peristeri is seventh with 8-9.

Olympiacos has kept the chase after PAO and their upcoming clash on April 9th might decide who finishes as the number one in front of the playoffs. Panathinaikos won the first game 81-76 but Olympiacos won the next three games in Euroleague and the Greek Cup.

Tyler Dorsey, Michalis Lountzis, and Sasha Vezenkov led the scorers of the winning side with 14 points each while Shaquielle McKissic scored 12.

For Peristeri, Tomasz Gielo scored 15, as did Steven Fray while Terran Petteway had 14 points.
