Olympiacos gets win in last game before Final Four

After another Greek League victory, Olympiacos is now preparing for the upcoming EuroLeague Final Four.

Olympiacos Piraeus defeated Kolossos Rhodes 93 – 74 in a game for the last round of the Greek League regular season It was the last match for the Reds before their participation in the upcoming EuroLeague Final Four (19/5 – 21/5) that will be held in Belgrade, Serbia.

Sasha Vezenkov scored 16 points and grabbed seven rebounds while Kostas Sloukas had 16 points and a career-high (over all competitions) 15 assists for Olympiacos that has secured first seed in the Greek League. These two and Kostas Papanikolaou (eight points) were the only Olympiacos players that stayed on the court for more than 20 minutes since coach Giorgos Bartzokas did plenty of rotation.

Jordan Floyd (21 points, five assists) and Kenny Williams (17 points) were the leading scorers of Kolossos. The team from Rhodes finishes third in the standings at 15 – 9, behind Olympiacos (23-1) and Panathinaikos Athens (22-2).
