Another win for Olympiacos in Greece with a rout over Ionikos.

Olympiacos Piraeus improved its flawless record in the Greek League to 15-0 by crushing Ionikos Nikaia 100 – 68. The Reds remain the only undefeated team in the championship.

After staying out for two weeks due to an ankle injury, forward Alec Peters returned for Olympiacos, registering 13 points, six assists and five rebounds in 25:35 minutes. Sasha Vezenkov, the EuroLeague Round 24 MVP, led the team overall with 18 points, 13 rebounds and four assists.

Kostas Papanikolaou added 15 points plus five out of the 30 assists that Olympiacos had overall. His squad was dominant from start to finish as Ionikos (now 4-12) couldn’t 27 – 9 after the first quarter, never to recover.

Loukas Mavrokefalides had 23 points, five rebounds and five assists for Ionikos. Angel Nunez-Castillo finished with 20 points plus six assists.
