Marousi puts up a fight, but Olympiacos secures victory

In a highly competitive match in Piraeus, Olympiacos faced a resilient Marousi team that had lost four consecutive games prior to their encounter with the defending champions. Despite Marousi’s efforts, Olympiacos emerged victorious in Round 18 of the Greek Stoiximan Basket League, securing a 93-87 victory and improving to 16-2 in the standings.

Nigel Williams Goss led the scoring for Olympiacos with 16 points, while Filip Petrusev contributed 15 points along with five rebounds. Giannoulis Larentzakis and Naz Mitrou Long added 13 points each to the winning effort.

Marousi’s Ahmed Hill played a stellar role in the game, leading the charge with an impressive 25 points. Miroslav Raduljica contributed 16 points and seven rebounds, while Charis Giannopoulos and Robert Woodard added 14 and 12 points, respectively.
