Game 3 of the Greek League Finals ended with Olympiacos defeating Panathinaikos at OAKA Arena to take a 2-1 lead in the best-of-five series. The match was marked by several interruptions and incidents, including ejections of Olympiacos’ Evan Fournier, and Panathinaikos’ Kendrick Nunn and head coach Ergin Ataman.
Olympiacos has already filed a complaint against Nunn for attacking a referee in the final moments of the game, which resulted in his expulsion, and also for two incidents involving their head coach Georgios Bartzokas.
Panathinaikos struck back, filing a complaint over Evan Fournier’s inappropriate behavior.
“It has already been a day since Evan Fournier publicly masturbated (three times, no less) in front of 18,000 fans at OAKA, as well as millions of viewers worldwide, and we have yet to see a statement condemning this act from Olympiacos BC.

No one has bothered to denounce this obscene behavior by a professional basketball player, which has made headlines worldwide. Unfortunately, they limit themselves to making ridiculous accusations against us, with the sole purpose of covering up the unprecedented actions of their athlete.
Obviously, Panathinaikos BC AKTOR has already filed a complaint before the Sports Judge, requesting exemplary punishment for Evan Fournier for his vulgar and provocative gestures,” the club officially announced.
Panathinaikos also filed complaint against Georgios Bartzokas
“During his exit from the court after the first half of the third Stoiximan GBL final, Giorgos Bartzokas verbally attacked the spectators seated courtside, using insulting and derogatory language against them.
The video clearly shows once again the provocative and inflammatory behavior of the Olympiacos coach, who deliberately interrupted his walk to the locker room and addressed the fans of our team at two different moments.
As for the push mentioned by Olympiacos in their statement, the video clearly shows that it came from one of the police officers present, who signaled him with a hand gesture to stop his behavior and leave the area.
Panathinaikos AKTOR has already filed a complaint against Georgios Bartzokas with the Sports Judge,” as stated by Panathinaikos.

Panathinaikos assigns Takis Baltakos to “prove the existence and activities of a Criminal Organization within the basketball community”
Takis Baltakos, a lawyer with a long history as the former Secretary of the Greek Government, ex-head of the Greek Football Federation, and longtime legal advisor to Panathinaikos and the Giannakopoulos family, made a statement regarding his assignment by Panathinaikos BC to continue gathering evidence proving the existence and operation of a criminal organization within basketball
“I have been assigned by Panathinaikos BC to continue and complete the gathering of evidence that will unequivocally and irrefutably prove the existence and activities of a Criminal Organization within the basketball community.
I take on this duty with both pride and emotion, just as I have always acted as a collaborator of Pavlos and Thanasis Giannakopoulos.
The Criminal Organization will be identified and dismantled by all legal means. We will not be alone—other teams will also assist. Standing idly by is out of the question. We do not have that right.
Where there is a crime, there must be punishment. No illegal actor will go unpunished.”
