In a crucial game for both teams, the tension was obvious from the get-go. Soon enough, Sotiris Manolopoulos of Kimi and Slaven Cupkovic of Panionios got involved in a scuffle which resulted in a headbutt.
The two players have quickly been ejected from the court afterwards.
