Panathinaikos prevailed over Ifaistos 93-65 at home and made the first step forward in the new Greek league season.
Three players of the Greens finished in double-digits, with DeShaun Thomas posting a game-high of 16 points, along with two rebounds, while James Gist followed with 12 points and four rebounds.
Nick Calathes finished with a double-double of 11 points and 10 assists, while Nikos Pappas also scored 11 points for the Greens.
