AEK Athens handed Panathinaikos their second loss of the season in Greece.

AEK Athens survived a tough game against Panathinaikos and prevailed over 100-97 with a late surge. Charis Giannopoulos led the winning side with 19 points, while Nick Calathes added 20 points for Panathinaikos.

The game turned into a scoring feast right from the first half, with AEK leading 63-54 at halftime. Panathinaikos trimmed the deficit to 85-77 and entered the fourth period with the momentum on their side. However, AEK stood its ground in crunch time and sealed the victory.

After 14 rounds of action, Panathinaikos remains on top of the standings with a 12-2 record, followed by Promitheas (10-4), AEK (10-4) and Peristeri (9-5).
