The finals in Liga Endesa started with a bang. After a really close game, Barcelona got the 98-93 road win over Real Madrid, the home court advantage changed hands and the Catalans started their quest for the title the best possible way.
Juan Carlos Navarro and Marcelinho Huertas from the free throw line secured the outcome of the game in the last minutes, finishing with 14 and 12 points respectively. Ante Tomic had a double double (17 p., 11 r.) and Boki Nachbar had also 17 points. Rudy Fernandez and Sergio Rodriguez were the top scorers of Real Madrid with 16 points each.
