The road win of Fenerbahce/ Ulker over Turk Telekom completed the 1st game of the Turkish TBL. However the big news from the first week of the Turkish league is the road defeat of Anadolu Efes (65-63) by Gaziantepspor of Slovenian coach Jure Zdovc (photo). Efes played without young Croatian star Dario Saric, as coach Ivkovic decided not to use him is this game. Anadolu Efes has seven non Turkish players in its roster and only six of them can be used in each domestic league game.
