Three games were decided just by a point and an other went to overtime in the tense second round of Eurocup’s regular season. Dijon, Artland and Krasny Oktyabr edged on the road ASVEL, Cantu and Hapoel Jerusalem respectively. Also Strasbourg needed overtime in order to prevail over Zaragoza by two.
Add to this the close call in the 88-85 win of Khimki Moscow over Union Olimpija, in a game played without fans because the Slovenians were punished from last season. However once more the hosts had complains about the referee Oscar Perea who was also present in the game that resulted in Olimpija’s punishment last season.
