In what was a thrilling weekend of basketball a historic milestone was reached, a legend was honored and Andorra almost made one more big upset. Barcelona became the first team which reached 1.000 wins in Liga Endesa (video) and shares the second place with Unicaja and a 8-1 record.
Real Madrid remains unbeaten (9-0) and before the game with Zaragoza the team honored the late great Fernando Martin, 25 years after his death.
Also Valencia survived Andorra on the road, getting the win by one pont (65-64) and fellow Euroleague participant Laboral Kutxa got one more win over Iberostar Tenerife.
