The two free throws of Nemanja Bjelica proved to be the most important play of the game as Fenerbahce/ Ulker got the 91-90 win over Laboral Kutxa. Mike James and Davis Bertans missed the chance to win in the game in the last seconds.
Despite the gap of quality between the two teams, Fenerbahce/ Ulker didn’t have an easy night. Bjelica with a double double (14 p., 15 r.) was the most valuable player of the game and four more players scored in double digits. Baskonia also had five double digits scorers with Fernando San Emetario scoring 15, fought until the end, but the hosts prevailed, even by one point.
