After parting ways with Estudiantes, Toney Douglas signed with Varese for the remainder of the 2019-20 season, the club announced.
The 33-year-old American guard played 11 games for Estudiantes this season averaging 7.5 points, 2.6 rebounds and two assists in 20 minutes of play.
Varese is currently at the 10th spot in the Italian League standings with a 9-10 record but played two games less than Trento, Venezia, and Fortitudo Bologna which are in front of them with an 11-10 record.
