Seven players scored in double figures for Olimpia Milano that made the two out of two in the 2020 Italian SuperCup by blowing out Varese 110 – 77.

Kevin Punter led Milano with 19 points while Ricardo Moraschini added 17 points. Malcolm Delaney had 13 points, Gigi Datome and Michael Roll scored 12 apiece and Shavon Shields with Zach LeDay contributed 10 points each for the “Red Shoes.” Ettore Messina’s squad drained a quite efficient 17-28 on 3-pointers and was, once more, superior right from the start to easily get the victory.

Luis Scola, who spent 2019-2020 with Milano, had a game-high 21 points for Varese in the team’s official season debut. Anthony Morse finished with 11 points.

In the rest of Saturday’s game Virtus Bologna got the 87-66 win over Cremona behind 11 points by Milos Teodosic, Brescia beat Cantou (76-75) and Reggio Emilia prevailed over Fortitudo Bologna (90-85).
