Third consecutive domestic win and fifth in all competitions for AX Armani Exchange Olimpia Milano

AX Armani Exchange Olimpia Milano quickly earned separation and defeated UNAHOTELS Reggio Emilia, 102-73, in the LBA Serie A Regular Season Round 16 opener held Sunday at the Mediolanum Forum.

Six players went over ten points with Sergio Rodriguez packing a game-high 18 points and seven assists. Zach LeDay and Luigi Datome posted 15 points each. Ettore Messina’s side upped its league-leading record to 14-1 while dropping its opponents to 6-9.

Segafredo Virtus Bologna won 91-82 in the duel against Cantu on the road with Milos Teodosic and Stefan Markovic putting on a passing clinic.

The Serbian duo dished out a total of 21 assists (12+9)  to their teammates. Julian Gamble benefited the most with 25 points while Kyle Weems added 13. Teo also scored 17 of his own. On Cantu’s side, Frank Gaines scored 24 points.
