Olimpia Milano looks furious ahead of the Final Four.

Game 2 between Olimpia Milano and Reyer Venezia marked coach Ettore Messina’s centennial match in the Italian league playoffs so his players got him a little present of a performance.

Milano crushed Venezia 99 – 65 to take a 2-0 lead in the semifinal series and close its games before the EuroLeague Final Four on a high note. Malcolm Delaney led all scorers with 20 points, all of them in the first half while Sergio Rodriguez added 14 points plus seven assists.

Mitchell Watt (15 points, seven rebounds) and Austin Daye (12 points) stood out from Venezia that fell behind 23 – 7 in the first period and was unable to recover.

Zach LeDay contributed 12 points plus five boards and Michael Roll also had 12 points for Milano.
