Virtus is now complete ahead of the new EuroCup season.

Not only did Virtus Bologna stayed undefeated in the Italian League but also welcomed two of its most prominent 2021 additions on its active roster.

Nico Mannion and Isaia Cordinier made their debut for Virtus Bologna as their team beat Trieset 94 – 79 to capture the fourth win in four games this season in Italy.

Cordinier played six minutes and scored five points on 3-4 shots. After recovering from a severe case of intestinal infection, Mannion finally jumped on the court, posting five points on 2-2 shots plus three assists.

Marco Belinelli led Virtus overall with 20 points. Jakkar Sampson had 17 points plus six rebounds and Aimar Alibegovic scored 16 points.

For Trieste, Adrian Banks stood out with 21 points and seven rebounds.

Virtus is now shifting its focus to the 2021-22 EuroCup opening round where they will face Turkish side Bursaspor on the road.
