Brescia put up a fight until the very end but Dinamo Sassari held on and came out as the victor with 98-95 on the scoreboard.
That also meant that the hosts close out the series with 3-1 and advanced to the Italian League semifinals where they will face Olimpia Milano. The other pairing is between Virtus Bologna and Tortona.
Jason Burnell led the way for Sassari with 21 points while Miro Bilan scored 18. Eimantas Bendzius, Filip Kruslin and David Logan logged 11 points each.
For Brescia, Naz Mitrou-Long banked in 38 points with a fiery display but it wasn’t enough in the end. Michael Cobbins scored 17 while also grabbing 11 rebounds and John Petrucelli scored 14 points.
