Sassari was the boss of the game before the break but Chacho and company turned the volume of their game up after halftime.

Olimpia Milano came out of the locker room after the break angry against Dinamo Sassari to take a 91 – 82 win and the 2-0 lead in the quarterfinals of the Italian League. The Red Shoes outplayed their opponents 50 – 33 in the second half overall.

Sergio Rodriguez was decisive for Milano with 19 points plus five assists. Devon Hall (17 points) and Shavon Shields (16 points) completed the winning equation for Milano.

Eimantas Bendzius scored 23 points and grabbed nine rebounds while Miro Bilan had 17 points and 13 rebounds for Sassari.
