Milano had no problems with Pesaro, while Virtus had some trouble but got the win in round six of LBA

Both Armani Milano and Virtus Bologna earned respective wins in the domestic championship before the big game against each other in the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague Regular Season Round 7 next Wednesday.

Coach Ettore Messina opted to rest players against Pesaro. Only Nicolo Melli lasted 30 minutes in the LBA Serie A Regular Season Round 6 contest. It was more than enough for Armani Milan (5-1) to get a victory on the road against Pesaro (3-3), 85-71.

After a slow start in the first quarter with only 11 points scored, the champion of Italy launched a run that got the deal done. The third quarter was key when Armani built a double-digit lead which was enough to secure a win.

Brandon Davies had a solid showing with 15 points in only 19 minutes.

In the last game of the round, Virtus Bologna (6-0) struggled for more the three quarters but got the win nonetheless. Reggiana (2-4) was unable to contain the home side’s offense in the fourth quarter and surrendered, 79-65.

With Milos Teodosic resting, Jordan Mickey led the way with 17 points, In the losing side, Mikael Hopkins got 16.
