Olimpia Milano made the first step toward the Italian League Finals by defeating Brescia 88-72 on the road in Game 1 of the semifinal series.
Leandro Bolmaro led the winning side with 20 points and seven rebounds, while Armoni Brooks added 16 points.
Josh Nebo, Giampaolo Ricci and Shavon Shields each contributed 11 points as Milano took control of the best-of-five series ahead of the second game, which will also be played in Brescia.
For the home side, Amedeo Della Valle scored 24 points, while Miro Bilan and Jason Burnell added 10 points apiece.
