Both Avellino and Reggio Emilia made the 2-0 today in the quarterfinals and need only one win to check their ticket for the next stage of the Italian playoffs.

Right from the first half of the game, Avellino showed its superiority vs Pistoia, winning the game easily with league MVP James Nunnally firing at his opponents at will.

Meanwhile, one strong fourth quarter in which Reggio Emilia scored 25 points while receiving only 13, was good enough for last season’s finalists to make the 2-0 against the reigning champs.

Serie A 2015/2016 – Quarterfinals Game 2

Avellino (James Nunnally 32 p.) – Pistoia: 83 – 70

Reggio Emilia (Amedeo Della Valle 19 p.) – Dinamo Sassari: 82 – 75
