Olimpia Milano falls to Flexx Pistoia

Tough game for Milano, that wasn’t able to overcome the obstacle of the Flexx Pistoia.

The Flexx Pistoia managed to beat Olimpia Milano 85-74 at home, forcing Jasmin Repesa’s team to a 20-4 record in the Italian league. At the same time, the winners improved to 11-13 and remain in the 10th position in the standings.

The winners had 6 players scoring in double digits, with Michele Antonutti leading the way with 15 points. On the other hand, Ricky Hickman once again led Olimpia’s offense with 14 points.

The first half was rather balanced between the two teams, with Hickman pacing his team, even though the visitors were down by 2 points at halftime, 42-40.

The gap expanded in the third period in the hosts’ favor, with Nathan Boothe leading the way for Pistoia that managed to enter the final period with a 60-53 lead.
