Drew Goudelock scored 14 out of his 20 points in the last four (!) minutes of the game, as Olimpia Milano beat Brescia 80 – 74 on the road to take a 2-1 lead in the Italian League semifinal series.

Thanks to this win, Milano reclaimed the homecourt advantage that Brescia stole with the victory in Game 1. And it was all thanks to a certain… “Mini Mamba”.

With Brescia up 64 – 60, Goudelock simply erupted, first with a 3-pointer and a pair of free throws and then with two downtown buckets in a row for the 66 – 71.

Marcus Landry’s and Benjamin Ortner’s baskets 72 – 75 but then Goudelock drained yet another 3-pointer that put his team at a safe distance.

Vladimir Micov had 16 points while Mindaugas Kuzminskas had 14 for the “Red Shoes”. Arturas Gudaitis added 11.

Landry (19 points), Michele Vitali (18) and Bryce Cotton (17 points) were the best that Brescia had to offer.
