Olimpia Milano managed to stay ahead despite Pistoia’s few comeback efforts and record a road win in the Italian League.

There were some ups and downs for Milano but they eventually prevailed over Pistoia with a 91-81 road win on Day 18 of the Italian League.

Mike James led the way with 17 points followed by Amedeo Della Valle and Mindaugas Kuzminskas with 14 points each. For Pistoia, L.J. Peak scored 21, Ousman Krubally 19 and Blaz Mesicek 18 points.

Milano improved to a 16-2 record at the top while Pistoia stayed at the bottom with 4-14. Venezia is second with 13-5 while Cremona, Avellino and Brindisi follow with 11-7 records.
