The Court of Appeals rejected the appeal of Olimpia Milano against the decision of the Sporting Judge to award Pistoia a 20-0 win in the game between the two teams due to the participation of James Nunnally.

Nunnally had an active one-game suspension entering the match from a sanction he had received when he was playing in Sidigas Avellino in 2015-2016. Milano protested that neither the club nor the player were notified of the sanction only for the appeal to be turned down.

Thus Pistoia keeps its 20-0 win over the defending Italian champions.
