13 EuroLeague players have been called by Svetislav Pesic for the games against Great Britain and Turkey

Serbia has announced its 24-man preliminary roster for the upcoming 2023 FIBA World Cup qualifiers games, and there are some surprises considering that EuroLeague doesn’t stop next week.

Serbian head coach Svetislav Pesic decided to call 13 EuroLeague players, including some high-level ones like Vasilije Micic, Nikola Kalinic, Marko Guduric, Vladimir Lucic, and Nemanja Nedovic.

The full list: Danilo Andjusic, Nemanja Dangubic, Dejan Davidovac, Ognjen Dobric, Marko Guduric, Marko Jagodic-Kuridza, Ognjen Jaramaz, Marko Jeremic, Stefan Jovic, Nikola Kalinic, Balsa Koprivica, Vladimir Lucic, Vanja Marinkovic, Vasilije Micic, Dusan Miletic, Luka Mitrovic, Nemanja Nedovic, Marko Pecarski, Aleksa Radanov, Dusan Ristic, Borisa Simanic, Nikola Topic, Uros Trifunovic, Aleksa Uskokovic.

Serbia is currently fourth in Group I of the 2023 FIBA World Cup European qualifiers’ second round, and Svetislav Pesic’s team will face Great Britain and Turkey respectively on November 11 and November 14.
